REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Steven Stanley Manolakis Pty Ltd / ABN 86 280 581 592, we understand that the privacy of your information is important to you, and we respect the confidentiality of the information you provide to us. Protecting your information is an important part of maintaining trust between us and our clients, and by handling information securely we build strong business relationships.

This document provides information about how we manage the personal information that we collect, hold, use, and disclose about individuals.

We are bound by the Privacy Act and manage and protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Privacy and Personal Information

The types of personal information we may collect include:

  • Key personal details such as your name, residential and business addresses, telephone numbers, email, and other electronic addresses.
  • Your transaction history with us and relevant third parties. This may include products you have purchased, your payment history, and the capacity in which you have dealt or continue to deal with us.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your artwork, please follow the directions below (both locations are in Sydney):

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged artwork to reach you can vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
